Your Week Ahead: December 20 to 26, 2020 – The Mystery Of Faith

Continuing on the themes from last week’s reading, the message of The Emperor and his corresponding association with the number four takes us deeper, especially around this time of the Winter Solstice celebrations, Saturnalia and its current form known to us as Christmas. The symbolism of the birth of Jesus also highlights this time when a spirit of light enters into the world during the longest period of night and darkness.

Perhaps this time truly suggests that we celebrate all that is beautiful in the world, sharing of ourselves, and finding that remarkable light within each of us. It is a time of going inwards and feeling the warmth of Spirit and of universal pure positive life-force that permeates everyone and everything, sustaining and rejuvenating us in its unwavering abundance.

Last week took us through the 4 of Swords and the 4 of Coins, reminding us of the importance of healthy boundaries and a dedication to the foundational success of our aspirations and vision. This week, we begin with the 4 of Wands and the expression of growth and optimism as our intentions take on more momentum and significance.

Here, our profits are felt in the community. There is a sense that many are benefiting by the work we have done for ourselves. There is a harvest here and it is being honoured and celebrated. When there is true dedication to our purpose, this energy is bound to affect those close to us. In our devotion to our aims, we benefit many by the light we shine and the example we unknowingly radiate.

A space has opened where our relationships are influenced by this circulating energy. It doesn’t ask anything, and so we are invited to be ourselves and to create something unique and special. The ripple effect is not ours to control; it is always a byproduct of something greater than ourselves that is unconditional. It invites, inspires, nudges, opens spaces and doors, opens potential pathways to growth and opportunity.

As this lovely energy meets with the 5 of Coins, we are asked to connect with this universal source energy and to acknowledge its mysteries. Here, we feel invited to come into warm spaces, light candles, say prayers, and to give thanks. To express our appreciation for the beauty in our lives is to dwell in the essence of unconditional love.

We can do this within the sanctity of our own homes. We can tune into something very profound by what we read or what we may create. This time is suggesting that we recognize our value and to honour our special gifts and unique voice. Find that light, that spark, and be devoted to it. It is the connection to the mysteries of the universe that will open dimensions for us to explore.

Allowing the time to integrate this exploration into our consciousness is represented in the 4 of Swords. It continues the message for the need to rest and the need for a safe space within which to meditate. If we find ourselves caught up in too many possibilities and feeling overwhelmed by not knowing what’s next, take some time to let go and “let be”. The world may seem to be calling us back into its chaos and uncertainty. The 5 of Coins and the 4 of Swords are telling us to come into safe spaces and to close the door to loud voices and troubling news.

Understand the value of proper timing. Understand that we can only be responsible for our own lives. Nourish your own sacred space and enjoy a time of retreat, and see what surfaces in your mind-stream. Remarkable transformation is at hand. A time to witness beautiful changes. And to witness these changes and to allow them to benefit you, you must create the mental and physical continuum needed for them to enter and gain traction. Devotion to your purpose and your voice is the conversation you will enjoy having now. It is a conversation of Truth and Love.

Affirmation: Wonderful possibilities are being shown to me. I allow myself to be guided to answers and solutions that feel good. I have done very well and I look forward to taking things to the next stage in my life.
